Alternatively, if you just want some coaching through the process, but don’t need event planning & production services, you can book a paid Consultation Call to meet with a Creative Director who can offer feedback on your current event plans and help you think through your next steps.

Our event planning & production pricing do not cover any other event vendor expenses, including lodging, guest travel, food & beverage, entertainment, supplies, etc.

You will be responsible for the cost of any related event travel expenses. Travel expenses will be estimated. in the contracting process and finalized and agreed upon during the planning process.

Really… it’s never to early to get on the books!
We typically need at least 4 months lead time to plan and produce a high quality single-day event, and 9 months for a full production multi-day convening.
