    • Direct the overall vision, look and feel of the event

    • Design timelines and budget tracking

    • Lead all pre-prouction & post-production tasks to completion

    • Build and manage a full production team

    • Identify a selection of location options that meet your needs

    • Review and negotiate venue contracts to secure the best rates

    • Liaise with site staff, ensuring venue requirements are followed

  • A series of 2-6 virtual sessions (75 minutes/session) where you will discuss an upcoming event or facilitation experience you are preparing for with an experienced Woven Studios event producer. Using their extensive background in event production and/or facilitation, the producer will provide you with feedback, tips, questions, and/or recommendations to support you to meet your event  goals.

    You might discuss any of the following topics with a Senior Event Producer:

    • venue scouting

    • vendor selection

    • program flow (order of operations, transitions, set up planning, etc.)

    • floor planning

    • meeting planning

  • Absolutely! Book a free discovery call to share what you’re thinking about, and one of our Creative Directors will help you to identify the services that might be a right fit for you. 

    Alternatively, if you just want some coaching through the process, but don’t need event planning & production services, you can book a paid Consultation Call to meet with a Creative Director who can offer feedback on your current event plans and help you think through your next steps.

  • Our event planning & production pricing do not cover any other event expenses, including lodging, guest travel, food & beverage, entertainment, supplies, etc.

  • We roughly estimate the cost of our services to equal about ¼ - ⅓ of your total event budget, though each event is unique and a final budget will be settled during the planning process. 

  • If your event is held outside the LA area, the travel expenses will be determined during the planning process, and you will be billed for them separately.

  • Absolutely! During a Discovery Call, we can build a custom scope of work that meets all of your needs!

  • We typically need at least 3 months lead time to plan and produce a high quality single-day event! If you’re working with a shorter timeline, feel free to reach out and we can let you know what’s possible.
