Absolutely! Book a free discovery call to share what you’re thinking about, and one of our Creative Directors will help you to identify the services that might be a right fit for you.
Alternatively, if you just want some coaching through the process, but don’t need event planning & production services, you can book a paid Consultation Call to meet with a Creative Director who can offer feedback on your current event plans and help you think through your next steps.

Our event planning & production pricing do not cover any other event expenses, including lodging, guest travel, food & beverage, entertainment, supplies, etc.

We roughly estimate the cost of our services to equal about ¼ - ⅓ of your total event budget, though each event is unique and a final budget will be settled during the planning process.

If your event is held outside the LA area, the travel expenses will be determined during the planning process, and you will be billed for them separately.

Absolutely! During a Discovery Call, we can build a custom scope of work that meets all of your needs!

We typically need at least 3 months lead time to plan and produce a high quality single-day event! If you’re working with a shorter timeline, feel free to reach out and we can let you know what’s possible.

In short… maybe! Each designer has their own design logic so we’d want to take a look at the backend of your website to get a full sense of what’s needed, and what we can do. Schedule a Discovery Call so we can talk it through together!

Definitely! After completing your website build, you can set up ongoing maintenance hours for a 12 month minimum, at $100/hour. Or you can come back to us anytime for small updates, done as needed and billed at $125/hour. Ask us for details during your Discovery Call or even after our design contract has begun.
