The spring equinox has arrived! During this time we find beauty in the balance of the sun’s rays shining equally on the hemispheres, making night and day roughly the same length.
At The Nest, we’re taking a cue from this subtle yet powerful uniting celestial force to ask ourselves, “How do we cultivate balance and equanimity in our lives?” Both of these qualities will serve us all well as we continue to advocate for a free Palestine, approach the election cycle, and invest in the radical dreams of our communities.
In celebration of the equinox, we asked some folks at The Nest to reflect on and share how they cultivate balance and equanimity during this season.
